Pastry Tips

A nozzle that attaches to the end of the pastry bag. Piping tips come in a variety of sizes and shapes for different decorating purposes. 

Coupler

A plastic insert that consists of a base and a ring. It’s used to hold the piping tip onto the end of your pastry bag.

Decorating Comb

A plastic tool used to create a textured edge over the sides or top of your cake to create even ridges or swirls in the icing. You can also used the flat edge to smooth the icing.

Offset Spatula

Long, narrow tool that has a thin, flat metal blade or paddle at one end. The blade is blunt, not sharp, and is used for spreading frosting onto a cake or pushing batter into an even layer in a cake pan.

Piping Bag

Also known as a Pastry Bag. Holds the icing for cake decorating
